DESCRIPTION: Following the approval of the Development Feasibility Report, the PMSA/BTKM Consortium were instructed to proceed with the concept design of a new 1000 seat plenary and exhibition centre known as the Nelson Mandela Bay Convention and Exhibition Centre. The project is currently awaiting finalisation of the funding model to be approved and the final site to be confirmed before final design and documentation can proceed.
